Server

For maximum performance, we offer SIMBA as an integrated hardware solution. The powerful server in standard rack format can be seamlessly integrated into your control cabinet. It centrally handles data acquisition, calculates quality criteria in real time, and feeds the results directly into your dashboard or data management system.

Data Acquisition

For seamless data acquisition, SIMBA relies on established industry standards such as OPC-UA and MQTT. Thanks to this open architecture, our system is manufacturer-independent and can be flexibly integrated into any existing manufacturing environment.

Production Data and Process Data

The SIMBA monitoring system combines production and process data for real-time analysis. While the production data defines all specific component properties, the process data records the exact process sequence.

Together, this data provides the basis for evaluating the connection criteria within the cycle time.

SIMBA Dashboard

The dashboard is your central command center for SIMBA. Here, complex monitoring data is translated into intuitive graphics that allow you to immediately assess quality. In addition to the live view, you have access to the history of all connections made at any time. You can also create reports for your documentation here with just a few clicks.

How to get your manufacturing process monitored?

Initial meeting / Kick-off

In a personal appointment, we will show you the possibilities of real-time monitoring with SIMBA. Together, we will analyze your production situation and define your individual requirements for the system.

Workshop & detailed planning

In this workshop, we will explain the implementation of our system and answer your questions in detail: How can the system be used? Which interfaces can be used? When will the system be ready for use?

Calibration of the System

After our workshop, we will test the system together in your production facility. We will perform standardized calibrations and prepare the system for implementation.

Implementation

Once calibration is complete, we install SIMBA in your production facility. We support commissioning in your ongoing production until the system is operating stably and reliably.

Support

We also provide you with technical support, updates, and assistance with adjustments to changed production conditions after the system has been implemented in order to ensure the long-term performance of the monitoring system.

Scaling
